Current Production Time: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS

This is the amount of time it will take to produce/ship your order. Shipping time is dependent on the method chosen at checkout.

Please reach out to us at hello@tinandsteele.com or via any of our social channels. We will do our best to intercept your order and correct the address. Know that depending on our production cycle some orders do not take the full quoted processing time, so please let us know ASAP.

As most of our items are custom in nature, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to address them. That being said if for any reason your order is incorrect or defective we will make it right at no cost to you. We pride ourselves on customer service and want you to absolutely love everything you get from us!

Hats/Beanies: We recommend spot cleaning with water and mild soap if necessary, then let air dry - make sure to avoid the patch.

Straw Hats: Wipe very gently with a slightly damp cloth, dried straw should not get wet.

Rompers: Refer to care tag.

T-Shirts: Turn shirt inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, avoid bleach/softener, tumble dry low.

We do ship international. We will declare an accurate value on all non-U.S. shipments. The customer is responsible for all fees and customs charges should they occur. International orders typically take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on location and this time can be longer during the holiday season.
